Hey there, fellow food lover! I’m Megan McGhie, the home chef behind Noods+Balls, a little passion project that started in 2020 when the world felt upside down, and we all needed a little extra comfort (preferably in the form of carbs and cheese). Cooking for others has always been my love language, so when my main gig hit pause during the pandemic, I turned to my kitchen—rolling meatballs, layering lasagnas, and sharing food as a way to connect and care for people.
Because let’s be real—sometimes all we need is a delicious, homemade meal that we didn’t have to make ourselves (am I right?). Whether you’re dining solo, feeding the fam, or just craving some seriously good comfort food, Noods+Balls is here to bring you saucy, cheesy, satisfying goodness.
Since those early days, things have slowed down a bit, but one thing remains true: the demand for meatballs is strong. Our signature Saucy Boyz classic meatballs in red sauce are a fan favourite, and the menu rotates with lasagnas, baked pastas, ragù, and even the occasional salad dressing or pesto. This is a passion project, not my full-time gig, so the freezer might not always be stocked—but if you’ve got a craving or a special request, just reach out!
