When do I pick up my order?
Orders are ready for pickup on the Friday of the week during which the order was placed. If you need to arrange a different pickup date, please reach out at noodsandballs@gmail.com.
Where do I pick up my order?
Orders will be ready for pickup at a residential address in the Exchange District in downtown Winnipeg. All pickup details will be sent to you in an email once your order is confirmed.
Do you ship your products?
Currently we only offer pick up for our food items.
Do you deliver?
Currently we do not offer delivery, but if you are unable to pick up, please let us know at noodsandballs@gmail.com.
Do you offer vegetarian/vegan/gluten free items?
Some of our items are vegetarian – all ingredients are listed in the product description.
Do you offer other sizes of items?
Some items are available in other sizes by special order, please contact us for more information.
How many people does one lasagna feed?
Our lasagna is 2.25 lb by weight, and normally we recommend one lasagna for two adults. For some it goes further, and some customers enjoy our lasagnas as a single serving!
Can I freeze my noods+balls?
Yes! Most of our food will be frozen upon pickup, but even if not, all of our dishes freeze and reheat very well. Perfect for stocking up and heating for an easy, mid-week dinner.
