food is my love language.
Why lasagna? Lasagna is the saucy, cheesy middle ground between Italian grandmas and Michelin-starred chefs. It’s fancy and approachable at the same time, and there are endless ways to interpret it. Lasagna is what I make for my family when I want to show love and be cozy, and it’s also what I serve to friends at a dinner party when I want to impress.

It doesn’t get more indulgent than this take on an Italian-American staple. My classic meatballs meets everyone’s favourite Italian deli meat; Mortadella. Served in my classic red sauce.
One order comes with six meatballs in red sauce.
Keep in the fridge up to 5 days, or freeze up to 3 months.
INGREDIENTS: ground pork, ground beef, mortadella, ricotta, parm, fennel seeds, eggs, panko, lemon zest, chili flakes, garlic, herbs, tomato sauce (tomatoes, salt, garlic, onion, butter), salt, black pepper
Nice to meet you!
Food is my love language. I’m not a chef, I’ve never worked in a restaurant, and I have tons of respect for those that are/do. From a young age, I couldn’t get enough cooking shows. I grew up watching Julia Child, Martha Stewart and Emeril Lagasse (BAM!) on tv. I learned how to cook by trial and error and lots of
practicing on my family.
I love cooking for myself, I love cooking for family and friends, spending time around the table with delicious food, good conversation, and maybe a little too much wine. It’s the best. I think some of the best moments and memories are created around sharing food.
xx Megan
